$270 per golfer: Includes golf, practice range, cart and lunch. Plus, an informal wine tasting dinner at the nearby Luna Winery (details below). Non-golfing guest fee is $60. ($50 tax deductible donation to the Shivas Irons Society.)

The Original 18
In October 1953, the first heavy equipment moved onto the grounds to start construction on the 18 hole course on approximately 160 acres under the supervision of Ben Harmon, who designed the course layout to course to satisfy the average golfer but long enough to test the abilities of the better golfer. In May 1955, the Silverado Golf Course opened for play with Gene Littler, Johnny Dawson, Joe Spinola, and Tony Celak in the first foursome to play on the course.
Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
In 1966, the original 18-hole course was redesigned into two 18-hole courses with the young Robert Trent Jones, Jr. providing the expertise. The official opening of the Silverado Country Club & Resort was in April 1967.
Johnny Miller
In November of 2010, the North Course was renovated by World Golf Hall of Famer and new resort owner, Johnny Miller. The renovation included a complete bunker renovation, the addition of 21 new tees (both championship and forward) and the beginning of a turf renovation program on the fairways of the North Course.

After golf, we will travel up the road to the beautiful Luna Vineyards for a wine tasting and buffet dinner. Wine tasting & dinner will include both Luna wines and Arnold Palmer signature wines. Wine will be available for purchase at a special discounted rate just for us.
